We started off class with  a ice breaker. Dr. Holben wrote food security on the board and we had to finish the statement. He explained how this could be helpful for a group of people to see how much they know about a certain topic. After this, we talked about  Health and Nutrition Policy. This is very important to know, I never really considered that part before this class.
